RETURN policy

CUSTOM ORDERS   (Shipping dates vary based on item)

SALT + GRIT does not accept returns nor refunds on any custom piece. Please be sure of your commitment to your item prior to your purchase. 

IN-SHOP ITEMS  (Ships within 5-7 days of purchase)

All sales are final on my In-Shop Items. All jewelry is properly photographed from multiple angles to accurately represent the piece. You may exchange In-Shop Items for store credit. Please fill out a contact form if you wish to do so. 

WARRANTY + REPAIRS

All SALT + GRIT jewelry is guaranteed for 90 days from day of purchase. If damaged were to occur from workmanship within the 90-day period, it will be repaired free of charge. If the item were to be damaged from mistreatment, the item may be repaired for the rate of $50 per hour.
